About Circle "B" Leather Designs
Thank you for visiting my site. I custom handcraft each item as per your specifications.
HISTORY
The basis for my leather craft skills and mechanical workmanship were taught to me by my father, who was born in the center of the Osage Nation Indian Reservation in Oklahoma and worked in the oil fields. As you will notice, some of my holster designs are named after the small towns that surrounded the area that he grew up in, and I have dedicated these items to his memory.
After my father enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1940, he was stationed aboard the U.S. Henley (DD-391), a destroyer that patrolled the south pacific waters, and survived the Pearl Harbor attack. It was while aboard the Henley, that he learned his leather craft skills.
I have increased the skill and knowledge that he bestowed upon me by crafting different types of items, creating and expanding the scope of my designs, improving my techniques by experimentation, and by learning the hard way.
I have a variety of different dye and thread colors as well as designs to make each piece unique. Every item is sealed with an acrylic coating, Neats foot oil, or a hand rubbed finish to preserve the leather for a long useful life.
If you have not found your item on the site that you need or want, e mail me a photo or a sketch at: circlebleathers@yahoo.com
